Community Proposals & Voting

When the Board or a fellow homeowner has an idea worth putting to the community, this is where it gets decided. Proposals are opened for a vote, every household gets a say, and the results are tallied and briefed at the next monthly meeting.

How It Works

1

A Proposal Is Opened

The Board puts a specific question or change out for a community vote, with the details residents need to decide.

2

Residents Vote

Members log in to their account and cast one vote per household. Comments are open on most proposals for added context.

3

Results Are Briefed

Once voting closes, the tally is posted here and reviewed at the next monthly Board meeting.

No Active Proposals

Nothing Open for a Vote Right Now

There isn't a community proposal up for a vote at the moment. When the Board opens one, it will appear on this page along with the voting window and any background information you'll need.

Have an idea you'd like the Board to consider putting to a community vote? Reach out through the Contact Us page.

Good to know: voting is limited to one response per registered household and requires being logged in to your resident account, so results reflect the actual community. Past results are reviewed at our monthly meetings alongside other HOA business.
