Gated & Secure
The front gate is closed 24/7, with entry by assigned key fob for residents and appointment access for visitors. The community is under constant video surveillance for added peace of mind.
Lake Washington
Our namesake lake and its waterways run through the neighborhood. Residents may fish on the property with a signed waiver on file — the current Fishing Waiver is available on the Important Documents page.
Walking & Green Space
Sidewalks and mature landscaping line the streets throughout the community. Common areas, walkways, and gutter traps are maintained on an ongoing basis to keep the neighborhood looking its best.
Prime Location
Easy access to I-95, Wickham Road, and U.S. 192 puts Melbourne's beaches, downtown, and the rest of the Space Coast just minutes away.
