Welcome to The Enclave at Lake Washington, a modern residential community located in the Lake Washington area of Melbourne, Florida. Tucked into one of Brevard County’s most desirable and naturally beautiful regions, The Enclave offers a peaceful neighborhood setting while remaining close to everything that makes Melbourne such a great place to live.

 

 

The Enclave at Lake Washington is a relatively new neighborhood, developed in the early 2020s as part of Melbourne’s continued growth along the Space Coast. With 103 homesites, the community was thoughtfully designed to provide a quiet, welcoming environment for families, professionals, retirees, and everyone in between.

 

Many of the first residents moved in as the neighborhood was still taking shape. In fact, I (webmaster) arrived in 2021 and purchased one of the first ten homes built, watching the community grow from its earliest days into the vibrant neighborhood it is today.

 

Lake Washington has long been a valued part of Melbourne’s landscape, known for its scenic waterways, mature trees, and relaxed Florida lifestyle. The surrounding area blends nature, residential comfort, and convenient access to shopping, schools, parks, and major routes throughout Brevard County.
